Good governence is an essaintial part in building a great nation.
Presidential Policy
Dicipline, Honesty and Diplomacy is the way to solve problems, we need to set examples of our selves reaching new heights of unity. Self respect for each citizen and good govenence are our aspirations. Developing ruarl economy with agriculture, fisheries, communicatons and travel are new economical targets.
Developing youth skills, uplifting women, children and disabled creates a great nation. National Soverienity, Freedom from external dominition, Protection of culture, Environment, Wild Life and national geo resources our aspirations.
It is our duty to display a more realistic and pragmatic approach to the role of governence and redressing the public sector to be useful to the people.
We need to create a strategic view of the country’s economic future and develop an investment program accordingly. Our neighbours are far ahead of us in this respect.
Presidency is a creation of a honest leadership to achive expectations of the people of Sri Lanka.
Your Freedom
Freedom from any form of dominition is every citizens right. Freedom is right of every human being. Every ciitizen need to enjoy the benefits of freedom. Unity and Harmony are outcomes of freedom, which allows us to reach new standards as a great nation.
Peace and Unity
National unity is most needed in developing and rebuiding a Nation. The direct dialog and discussion is way to achive peace. The dialog need to based on achiving a final solution. Dialution of power for the benefit of common people. Honesty, diplomacy, commitment is essaintail in a democratic process.
Mahinda has put his support firmly behind the peace process by realizing the full aspirations of the people.
